PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE THOROUGHLY READ OUR REFUND POLICY BEFORE PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT THROUGH OUR WEBSITE. THIS IS LINKED ON EACH COURSE PAGE - BY COMPLETING THE TRANSACTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
Your £100 deposit is, as is clearly stated on our website here in our REFUND POLICY and at the point of purchase, NON-REFUNDABLE. The reason for this is that to create the most productive and inspiring day for our students, our courses involve a number of other professionals who are booked by us months in advance. These may include our professional photographer, makeup artist(s) and models. In the event that a student no longer wishes to attend, in order to cover the costs of these collaborations, we cannot offer a refund on the initial deposit. We only take four students at a time, making each course very competitive. Your deposit ensures your place on your desired course is secured.
Any further payments which have been made to KMD KARD to make up the outstanding balance (which is due 7 days before the course commences), however, are refundable up to the day of the course, if you no longer wish to attend.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to attend on the day, please get in touch with Karen McDougall - in extreme cases we may be able to hold your deposit and put it against a future course date. This is subject to discussion with Karen McDougall - please call her on 07730436368 with any questions regarding this.
In the unlikely event that the date of the course you have booked on to is either cancelled or changed to a date you are unable to make, a full refund, including deposit, will be given.
